Sales and Marketing Executive (Worldwide)
About Position
The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Assists in leading all day‑to‑day activities related to sales with a focus on building long‑term, value‑based customer relationships that enable the achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide communication support for several aspects of the EarMarked Program through multiple channels, including website updates and email systems.
- Provide responses to internal partners and external travel agency accounts for emails directed to the EarMarked Program Administrator.
- Assist Program Manager in the development of program enhancements including website and email communications to Program owners.
- Provide project management oversight and support for the development of sales tactics.
- Help develop presentations and training materials for Sales partners.
- Upload and test copy and marketing materials into multiple online systems.
- Help with other projects as necessary.
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in a variety of software programs including Word, Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous sales and marketing or work experience.
- Data analytics background.
- General aviation interest or knowledge.
