Position Overview

As the Sales And Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the institute’s enrollment efforts by developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our diverse programs. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring they have a positive experience from their first inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement innovative strategies to recruit and engage prospective students across Europe and beyond.
• Manage Application Process: Assist prospective students through the application process, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless experience.
• Engage with Prospective Students: Conduct outreach through email, phone, social media, and other digital platforms to generate interest and communicate the value of EIIET’s programs.
• Organise Recruitment Events: Plan and execute virtual and in-person open days, webinars, and other recruitment events to attract students to the institute.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a European higher education setting.
• Fluent in English and the Indian Language
• Based in Paris, Bagnolet, or nearby
