Sales Advisor — Galeries Lafayette Pop-up

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Sales Advisor who thrives in an informal yet ambitious environment, takes ownership of daily operations, and enjoys working closely with a driven team.

The Role

We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to work 35 hours per week, reporting to the Store Manager. You enjoy working with customers, are comfortable giving advice and helping with daily tasks in the store, and bring a friendly, down-to-earth energy to our pop-up location at Bd Haussmann 40, Paris 75009, France. As our Sales Advisor, everything you do centers around giving the customer a premium experience. You will therefore be vital to maintaining Rains’ strong brand perception.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Showing passion and excitement for the brand and products through storytelling and engaging communication skills.
• Upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Rains visual standards.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Follow Rains’ policies and procedures.

The Ideal Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive. You are a great team player and have a go-getter mindset.

We imagine you are/have:

• Attention to detail and the importance of accountability and good customer experience.
• Able to adapt to different customers' needs and personalities.
• Team player with a desire to collaborate effectively with the entire team in the store.
• Able to work in a fastmoving and dynamic environment, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Functioning well while working with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Experience in either retail, sales, or service is a plus.
