Job Description : You will join the finance team composed of André (CFO), Thibault Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Christ, Finance Ops Apprentice. You will be responsible for all client invoicing, and your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage the multi‑country client invoicing and factoring process
- Oversee the full collection process, including legal proceedings when necessary
- Measure and analyze key financial and operational KPIs
- Handle and resolve client claims and disputes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement & automation of financial operations processes
- Be the billing referent for the other teams & share reliable figures to the finance team
- Work with the accounting team on monthly and annual closings
