YOUR FUTURE TEAM
Dayuse is looking for its future Sales & Account Manager to join the Account Management team in Paris - 13 people strong, organized around a team manager and Account Managers dedicated to their own region.
The team's mission is to maximize the value of our hotel partner portfolio by becoming their preferred strategic advisor, driving sustainable growth for both Dayuse and its partners.
YOUR IMPACT
As a Sales & Account Manager, you will own the performance and retention of a strategic portfolio of hotel partners in the DACH market. You will be a key driver of our growth on this market: reinforcing the competitiveness of top-performing hotels, signing new strategic partners, and turning data into concrete, ROI-generating action during your business reviews.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you will build your own segmentation, set your own priorities, and be the one who makes things happen on your market - proactivity and drive are what will make the difference here.
YOUR DAILY MISSIONS
- Portfolio Growth & Optimization: Daily monitoring of portfolio health (booking volume, revenue) and of the competitiveness of the offer (rates, availability, time slots).
- Proactive Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, human-centric relationships with Hotel Directors and Revenue Managers to ensure long-term loyalty and prevent churn.
- Consultative Sales & Business Reviews: Perform deep-dive analyses to provide concrete, ROI-generating recommendations during business reviews with your partners.
- Strategic Negotiation: Lead negotiations to improve partnership terms, secure better inventory, and implement growth-driving tools.
- Operational Optimization: Deploy structuring tools for partners (Direct Debit, No-Show management, etc.) to secure revenue and streamline processes.
- Proactive Growth: Identify "top performers" to secure and high-potential hotels for targeted development actions (proactive calls, video meetings).
- Business Development & Contracting: Actively scout and sign new strategic hotel partners to expand Dayuse's footprint on the DACH market.
- Continuous Improvement: Act as a force for proposal on the evolution of our internal tools and processes to increase efficiency.
YOUR OBJECTIVES FOR A SUCCESSFUL ONBOARDING
- Short term (3 months): Master our internal processes and tools (Hubspot, Tableau), and engage with your entire portfolio to build a clear segmentation (Top, Mid, Long-tail).
- Medium term (6 months): Hit the contracting and booking KPIs set with your manager for your dedicated market, and become fully autonomous in leading strategic Business Reviews.
YOUR PROFILE
- Education: You come from a higher education background (Hospitality Management School or a Business School).
- Languages: You are fluent in German, English, and French.
- Experience: You have 3 to 6 years of successful experience in business development or account management, in a hospitality or SaaS environment. Knowledge of the hospitality/travel tech industry is a plus.
- Hard Skills: You have a strong capacity for data analysis and are comfortable with numbers.
- Soft Skills: You have a true go-getter mindset - proactive, driven, and always looking for the next opportunity rather than waiting for instructions. You love to convince and negotiate, and you're recognized for your sense of priority and your relational excellence.
Most importantly, you resonate with our company culture based on plurality, ambition, merit, humility, and service excellence.
