If you are a success driven sales professional looking to grow your international account management career, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within the Essential Oils industry. In this role, you will manage and grow key customer relationships across Europe, while identifying and developing new business opportunities in markets including Germany, France, and other European countries.

What you’ll do:
- You will be an integral part of the commercial team, responsible for developing and delivering sales targets and activities in your territory to clients in F&F (flavor & fragrance houses), personal care (oral care, skin care, rinse off), aromatherapy.
- You will determine your sales strategy for your assigned geographical area and assigned clients, in coordination with your sales manager.
- Search and obtain new customer accounts as well as maintain and grow existing business to achieve sales objectives.
- Regularly visit your existing customer base and potential customers, focusing on your most potential accounts and hottest projects.
- Share forecasts internally and communicate immediately about any big changes (wins and losses) to allow our team to adjust their purchasing and stocking decisions.
- Report regularly (monthly and on request) to your sales manager your sales, main business variations, main wins and losses, key visits and activities, agenda of visits for the coming weeks, market intelligence (trends, competition, etc.), and answer any additional questions.
What you’ll bring:
- Fluent business level of German and high level of English are a must; French or any other European language will be a plus.
- Relevant sales experience in a B2B environment a plus; technical background would be preferable.
- A strategic approach to prospecting, developing business and winning new accounts along with the drive and passion to win.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team, requiring a high level of self‑discipline and motivation.
- Ability to travel regularly across your territory and other EU countries to visit clients and trade shows (60% of the time). Be willing to visit customers on average 3 out of 5 days per week.
