Sales Account Executive (UK Market)

Requirements

• You have up to 3 years of experience in a sales role
• You are a clear and confident communicator - both on calls and in writing
• You are highly organised and able to manage a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline

What the job involves

• After supporting thousands of freelancers in France, Jump is now launching its next major market: the UK
• This is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning of a new country launch and help build the commercial engine from the ground up
• We are looking for a Sales Account Executive - UK Market to help us convert inbound and outbound opportunities into our first UK customers. This is a key role at Jump: you will not only sell, but also help us understand the UK freelance and umbrella market, refine our pitch, structure our sales process, and shape how Jump grows internationally
• Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing and onboarding new customers
• Manage a high-volume, fast-moving pipeline: around 20 inbound calls per day, 10 demos per week, short sales cycles and efficient conversion
• Become an expert in the UK freelance, contractor, umbrella and payroll market (we will train you on this)
• Help us build the UK sales playbook: messaging, objections, qualification, pipeline management, follow-up, and conversion
• Work closely with the founding, marketing and operations teams to identify new growth opportunities
• Play a direct role in the launch of a new market, with high visibility and fast learning
• Have a concrete impact on the lives of thousands of freelancers by helping them access a better, simpler and more secure way to work independently
