Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000 DOE

About the Role

We’re seeking a Sales Account Executive to help us drive growth in the Denver market. If you excel at B2B prospecting , are self‑motivated, and have a talent for building relationships, this role is for you. Compensation includes a base salary plus monthly commission .

What You’ll Do

• Generate sales growth and develop new customer relationships in the multi‑family market .
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Present our flooring products and installation services, helping customers choose solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide pricing, floor plans, and essential details for onboarding new customers.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct job site inspections and share insights with the operations team.
• Keep the sales office and sample showroom organized.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2+ years of outside sales experience , preferably in the multi‑family industry.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new business .
• Knowledge of flooring products is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and MS Word.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation for daily travel within the Denver area.
