Backyard Products, a International leader in the residential backyard space (playsets, sheds, structures) is looking for a Sales Account Coordinator within its big box retail verticals.

The Sales Account Coordinator supports the sales team by managing client communications, coordinating account documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong client relationships and driving account growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers in managing a portfolio of Big Box retailer accounts
  • Coordinate proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Maintain sales reports and account metrics
  • Facilitate onboarding and implementation processes
  • Monitor account health and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure timely resolution of retailer Buyer requests
  • Organize and assist in preparation for meetings with retailer buying teams including PowerPoint presentation assistance
  • Work closely with cross functional teams including Product Development, Demand Planning, and Marketing to assist Account Manager in strategy execution
  • Work with the Demand Planning to assist Account Managers in developing accurate sales and purchase forecasts by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and promotional plans
  • Monitor retailer websites and product pages for accuracy and strategy execution

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiar with common AI platforms
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive goal oriented and problem‑solving mindset

Work Schedule

  • The Sales Account Coordinator position at Backyard Products is expected to be in office 4 days a week so as to collaborate with the sales, marketing and product development teams.
