Requirements
- We are primarily looking for curious individuals who are eager to learn because taxation remains a complex subject, and above all, who have a taste for self -improvement.
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you are enthusiastic about contacting new prospects, advising them on their rental properties , and converting them into clients.
- You have excellent oral and written expression: you are the face and voice of Nopillo.
- You already have initial experience as a Salesperson (internship or permanent contract) with a high volume of sales.

What the job involves
- The Nopillo Business team (comprising 10 sales representatives and 2 team leads) is looking to expand its core team to convince thousands of real estate investors to optimize their profitability and simplify their lives. Reporting to your team lead ( Sarah-Camille or Julien ), your role will be to:
- Processing and qualifying incoming leads (as you've probably guessed, there's no prospecting at Nopillo, but you still get a high volume of calls per day!).
- Converting real estate investors by studying their situation and supporting them in their choice of tax regime (short sales cycles: one shot to a few weeks).
- Become an expert on all the theoretical, financial, real estate, and tax aspects of rental property investment. This will allow you to position yourself as an expert with your clients. You will be working with industry encyclopedias.
- Record and track your business activity in an optimized way to guarantee your success (CRM: Hubspot).
- But that's not all!
- Participate in building good sales practices: brainstorming, workshops & coaching, regular listening sessions, etc.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through regular feedback.
- Gathering customer feedback to contribute to product improvement.

- A three-week onboarding program to help you integrate smoothly into the teams.
- Training on our sector of activity and on your scope.
- An increase in skills related to closing techniques and customer support.
