ROLE
As part of the Saint Laurent EMEA Finance team, the intern will actively support the financial steering of the EMEA region.
The role includes contributing to monthly closing activities, consolidated reporting, retail performance analysis, and the preparation of forecasts and budgets.
The intern will collaborate closely with local Finance teams, Group Shared Services, and various operational departments.
MISSIONS
Monthly Closing
- Preparation and review of closing files (mainly Opex and related expenses).
- Execution of ad‑hoc analyses and follow‑up of variances vs forecast.
- Contribution to local reporting packages.
- Intercompany reconciliation and follow‑up.
Forecast & Budget
- Load and check accuracy of data in financial systems (e.g., forecasting and consolidation tools).
- Participation in forecast preparation for selected entities.
- Support in Opex analysis and cost monitoring.
Reporting & Transversal Support
- Support on various Finance initiatives (audit, compliance, ad‑hoc projects).
- Collaboration with operational teams on topics requiring financial insights.
PROFILE
- Student in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; experience with financial tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
