We’re supporting a large-scale identity and access management (IAM) transformation for a global financial infrastructure leader. As part of this ongoing program, we’re looking for a SailPoint Operations Engineer to join the team and support critical day-to-day identity operations.

Location: ONE OF their multiple sites across Europe (8 days per month onsite, rest remote)

Start Date: Early September 2025

You'll be joining a mature IAM team that partners closely with HR, InfoSec, and business stakeholders — ensuring the right people have the right access, at the right time.

• Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)
• You’ve managed the full identity lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, transfers, and deprovisioning across the organization.
• Access Request Handling
• You're experienced in supporting day-to-day access requests, approval workflows, and troubleshooting provisioning delays or errors.
• Role & Policy Management
• You’ve reviewed, adjusted, or maintained roles, entitlements, and access policies to align with organizational needs and controls.
• Access Certifications & Recertifications
• You've supported periodic certification campaigns, helping to ensure that access reviews are completed accurately and on time.
• Connector Troubleshooting
• You're comfortable diagnosing and resolving sync issues or connector failures between SailPoint and systems like AD, Workday, or SAP.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• SailPoint IdentityIQ Hands-On Experience
• You've worked directly with IIQ in a production environment, not just from a high-level perspective.
• Java Beanshell Scripting
• You can make minor customizations or troubleshoot rule logic using Beanshell for workflows and policies.
• Connector Experience (AD, Workday, SAP, O365)
• You've helped maintain integrations with common enterprise apps and understand how identity flows through them.
• Audit & Reporting Familiarity
• You're able to support compliance efforts by producing access reports, logs, or identifying SoD (Segregation of Duties) violations.
