SailPoint IIQ Developer / Engineer

We are currently looking for a Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer / Engineer to join a long-term freelance assignment based in La Défense, Paris.

The role is part of a multi-year IAM transformation programme within a large enterprise organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, customisation and integration of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Design and implement IIQ workflows, rules and lifecycle processes
• Develop, configure and integrate connectors
• Implement provisioning and deprovisioning processes
• Support the design and implementation of RBAC models
• Configure and maintain Segregation of Duties policies
• Support access review and certification campaigns
• Contribute to the technical architecture of the IIQ solution
• Deliver platform enhancements and upgrades
• Participate in testing, deployment and production releases
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support the platform in production
• Produce technical documentation and work closely with internal stakeholders
• Working model: Three days onsite and two days remote per week
• Contract type: Freelance
• Extension: Renewable as part of a multi-year programme

Required Experience

• At least seven years of experience in IAM or IGA
• At least five years of hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Strong experience in IIQ development, customisation and integration
• Experience with workflows, connectors, provisioning, RBAC and SoD
• Experience supporting access certification campaigns
• Strong understanding of enterprise IAM environments
• Fluent French
• Professional working proficiency in English
