You’ll be joining their Cyber & Information Security team, driving key Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives across large, complex enterprise environments.

Job Title: Multiple SailPoint Engineer Positions Live

Location: Paris OR Brussels – Hybrid

Duration: 12-Month Extendable Contract

Start Date: December 2025 or January 2026

The Role

We’re looking for experienced SailPoint Engineers who can build and enhance enterprise-scale IAM solutions. You’ll be part of a collaborative, security-first team focused on strengthening identity governance and protecting critical financial systems.

What You’ll Do

• Design, deploy, and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow platforms
• Implement and maintain identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, and governance workflows
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms
• Develop automation, connectors, and customizations as needed
• Troubleshoot identity issues and support ongoing IAM operations
• Collaborate with architects, IAM specialists, and security teams to improve overall IAM maturity

What You’ll Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow in enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) principles
• Experience with connectors, roles, policies, workflows, and lifecycle events
• Knowledge of scripting or automation (Java, Beanshell, PowerShell, Python is a plus)
• Security-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
