Sailing Yacht Mate - Med Summer, Caribbean Winter

Bluewater Yachting is seeking a Mate to join a 30m private/charter sailing yacht in the South of France. The permanent position starts ASAP and requires proven sailing experience on private or charter vessels; engineering skills are a plus.

The role includes Med 2026 (Summer) and Caribbean 2026/27 (Winter) itineraries, hosting up to 8 guests with a crew of 4. The salary is 4000 euros per month.
