Safeguarding & Ethical Leadership Lead for Boards

MSF International seeks a Safeguarding and Ethical Leadership Coordinator to implement and monitor safeguarding across MSF boards and associative networks. You will translate principles into practical tools, lead culture change, and drive accountability with robust reporting and learning initiatives.

The role requires a master’s degree and at least 5 years of safeguarding experience, including with boards, plus strong writing and governance skills. Travel to MSF offices may be required.
