SaaS FP&A Lead & Controller — Strategic Finance

Camino Search is partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire an FP&A Lead / Controller. This pivotal role collaborates with senior leadership to drive financial planning, reporting, and scalable insight across the business.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, build models (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV), and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product on investments. Strong Excel skills and SaaS metrics experience are essential.
