Our client is a fast‑growing SaaS organisation transforming how finance teams manage procurement, treasury, and wider financial operations.

As part of their continued growth across Europe, they are looking to hire an Account Executive to drive new business across the French market. This is an opportunity for a commercially driven SaaS sales professional who thrives in scale‑up environments and wants to play a key role in a business entering an exciting growth phase.

The business is looking for someone ambitious who wants to remain an individual contributor for the next 1–2 years before progressing into regional leadership over time based on performance and growth.

The Role

The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle across Mid‑Market organisations in France, selling into finance, treasury, and procurement stakeholders.

This individual will be responsible for developing pipeline, leading commercial conversations, managing multiple senior stakeholders, and closing high‑value SaaS opportunities. The role requires a consultative sales approach and the ability to operate successfully within a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Build relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasury teams, Procurement leaders, and wider finance stakeholders
  • Drive Mid‑Market new business revenue across the French market
  • Run structured discovery sessions and deliver value‑led product demonstrations
  • Manage complex deal cycles with average contract values around €100,000
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Work cross‑functionally with leadership, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Contribute to the wider GTM growth strategy as the business scales internationally

Required Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Mid‑Market Account Executive role within SaaS
  • Proven experience selling into Office of Finance, Treasury, or Procurement functions
  • Track record of closing complex Mid‑Market deals with average values around €100,000 ARR
  • Experience working within high‑growth or scale‑up SaaS environments
  • Fluent French language skills at Native or C2 level are essential
  • Highly driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments
