S&OP Manager, Lyon — Strategic Supply Chain Lead

Syensqo is seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Manager to lead the planning team across multiple plants in EMEA. You will translate forecasts into production plans, manage deviations, and drive OTIF performance while coordinating with manufacturing, markets and purchasing.

Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in supply planning, strong Excel/SAP capabilities, and APICS certification. Fluency in English and knowledge of French are desirable.
