RWE Project Manager

Within Quinten Health, you will be part of a team of project managers. In close collaboration with Data Scientists, Biostatisticians, Biomedical Experts, and clients you put your expertise to the benefit of the development of Quinten’s activities in the healthcare sector and the execution of projects on several dimensions.

You will be responsible for the successful execution of one or multiple client engagements. You will act as the liaison between the projects and upper management.

You might be involved on project such as :

• Identify risk factors of disease progression to personalized treatment pathways ;

• Identify sub-groups of patients who are better responders to a treatment ;

• Predict long-term risk of exacerbation to anticipate the design of trials ;

• Simulate long-term treatment effect scenario to bridge efficacy to effectiveness.

More specifically your role covers the following critical areas for our company:

Project management

• Perform project scoping and set up project frameworks, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning

• Supervise and lead project teams in the context of project execution

• Ensure follow-up with account managers and directors: communicate key milestones, anticipate and mitigate risks with project directors

• Monitor operational excellence and people skills development

• Secure time and quality in delivery while managing budget and margin

• Participate in study design and analytical methodology elaboration

• Participate in scientific dissemination e.g. abstracts, posters, manuscripts, conferences

Client management

• Support clients in defining project objectives based on their business and strategic needs

• Ensure project results will answer clients’ business and strategic needs

• Manage the client relationship in a project setting

• Organize and lead client meetings, ensuring thorough preparation and high quality delivery

• Ensure consistency between operational execution and contractual objectives

• Ensure the highest degree of client satisfaction

• Identify new clients’ needs to translate into commercial opportunities

Business development, in collaboration with the account executive

• Develop commercial propositions

• Contribute to account planning and management

• Participate in the development of Quinten Health’s offer

• Engage and participate in business or scientific events

Preferred experience and required experience

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related and relevant area (e.g. statistics, data science, mathematical modeling, biometrics, epidemiology, economics etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in the execution of data related projects in the healthcare and/or pharmaceuticals sector
• Understanding of pharma environment (knowledge of drug lifecycle and stakeholders involvement in drug development)
• Client-facing mindset with good communication allowing you to argue technological choices and explain their risks and benefits,
• You have synthesis skills;
• You have organizational and rigorous qualities, and a taste for teamwork;
• You have leadership skills and can take actions to lead project teams;
• You have led multidisciplinary teams with diverse backgrounds;
• You master English and French, both orally and in written.
• You have experience reporting to senior leadership and understand the need for clear, relevant updates that support decision-making
