Role Overview
SailPoint is seeking a Senior Sales Leader – Strategic Accounts France to lead our France strategic organization, manage a sales team, and drive growth of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) SaaS solution.
Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Leader will be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through direct client engagement and channel partnerships.
- Managing a structured and rigorous sales process, including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Designing and executing a 12‑month business plan with clear milestones for revenue, customer expansion, and partner engagement.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to accelerate adoption of SailPoint’s IGA solution suite.
- Driving operational excellence across People, Process, Cadence, and Structure to support short‑term and long‑term growth goals.
- Achieving performance benchmarks such as a 3× pipeline relative to quota and successful attainment of enablement badges (e.g., “1st Mate”, “Sailing Master”, “Captain”).
Early Milestones
Key deliverables within the first year:
- Month1: Focus on internal onboarding, relationships with leadership, and understanding current reporting structure; identify future hiring needs.
- Month2: Expand focus beyond direct team to evaluate non‑direct support structures, install base, target customers, and partners; assess pipeline and forecasting quality.
- Month3: Present a 12‑month plan to leadership; begin hiring plans and partner collaboration for white‑space opportunities.
- Month6: Develop a 3‑year plan and demonstrate measurable improvements in the four focus areas (People, Process, Cadence, Structure).
- Month12: Refine the three‑year plan, sustain a 3× pipeline, and report progress on forecasting accuracy and partner/market growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading sales teams in high‑growth SaaS or cybersecurity organizations.
- Track record of driving revenue growth during transitions from on‑premise to SaaS offerings.
- Strong understanding of identity security, IGA solutions, and the enterprise security market.
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale structured sales processes and achieve significant pipeline expansion.
- Experience working with channel partners and cross‑functional teams (marketing, partner enablement, etc.).
- High level of communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
