Position Overview

As a Runner, you are the vital connection between the kitchen, the bar, and the guest. You ensure a seamless flow of service by delivering dishes and drinks promptly, clearing and resetting tables efficiently, and supporting the waiters in every section. Energetic, organized, and guest‑focused, you embody the Nikki Beach experience by helping create smooth, elegant, and joyful moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate between food running, drinks running, and floor support.
• Deliver orders quickly, safely, and with attention to presentation.
• Clear and reset tables, sunbeds, and guest areas with care.
• Prepare mise en place (cutlery, napkins, sauces, etc.) for service.
• Maintain side stations and service areas clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house team.
• Restock trays, glassware, and supplies throughout service.
• Assist with polishing cutlery and glassware when required.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer support proactively.
• Follow service flow, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Respect uniform, grooming, and punctuality guidelines.
• Remain positive, professional, and attentive throughout the shift.
