RS Product Line - Project Manager
About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects to successful completion while ensuring delivery within agreed schedules, budgets, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will coordinate teams, manage project priorities, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders. You will play a key role in delivering customer commitments while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Depending on your level of experience, you may manage low-complexity projects independently, lead a work package within a larger project, or support the delivery of complex programs.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Develop project plans and establish schedule and cost baselines.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, quality, procurement, supply chain, and project controls.
Ensure project activities are delivered in accordance with customer requirements, contractual commitments, and project schedules.
Monitor project performance and proactively address issues affecting scope, schedule, cost, quality, or risk.
Stakeholder & Contract Management
Interpret and communicate project and contract requirements to functional teams.
Manage project changes through established change management processes.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout project execution.
Support the resolution of contract interpretation issues in collaboration with Contract Managers.
Risk Management & Problem Resolution
Identify emerging technical, regulatory, or operational issues that could impact project delivery.
Raise awareness within the project team and develop mitigation or recovery plans.
Manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Support decision-making by providing accurate project data and Coordination & Development
Support project team members through coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance.
Foster collaboration across project teams and functional create an environment focused on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Project Controls & Reporting
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Maintain project databases, systems, and documentation to ensure effective project control and information sharing.
Provide regular reports on project progress, performance, and financial status to management.
Ensure project information remains accurate, current, and accessible.
Lessons Learned & Continuous Improvement
Conduct project closeout reviews and final quality assessments.
Capture lessons learned, improvement opportunities, and risk mitigation best practices.
Share knowledge and recommendations to support future project success.
Accountabilities
You will be responsible for:Delivering projects in accordance with contractual commitments, safety requirements, quality standards, budget, and schedule targets.
Coordinating project resources and activities to achieve successful project outcomes.
Managing project risks, opportunities, and stakeholder accurate project reporting and maintaining effective project governance.
Supporting customer satisfaction through consistent project execution and on your experience level:Project Manager: Responsible for the full project management lifecycle of low-complexity projects.
Senior Project Manager: Responsible for low-complexity projects and/or a work package within a medium-complexity project.
Principal Project Manager: Responsible for medium-complexity projects and/or a major work package within a highly complex project, potentially acting as deputy to a Program Manager.

The role requires strong coordination across multiple functions to ensure consistency and alignment between projects and business objectives.
What We're Looking For
Education
Master's degree (Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline) or equivalent.
Experience
Project Manager: Minimum 2 years of project or program management experience, ideally within the nuclear industry.
Senior Project Manager: Minimum 4 years of project or program management experience.
Principal Project Manager: Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience, preferably in complex technical or nuclear environments.
Knowledge & Expertise
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent activities.
Knowledge of business functions supporting projects, including:Finance
Quality
Procurement
Supply Chain
Engineering
Languages
Fluent English required.
Additional languages are an advantage.
