Job Description
The Royalties and Reporting team is part of the Music Rights Team and comprises 15+ people specializing in data engineering, web engineering, data science, music rights (Recording and Publishing), and catalogue ingestion. Your mission will consist of supporting the team in daily tasks and strengthening the recording’s reporting process.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and compute royalties every month.
- Perform and improve control checks on reporting and royalties.
- Ensure a relationship with the operational teams of our partners.
- Help the negotiating teams by giving insights on market shares and royalty costs.
- Collaborate with the finance team regarding accruals and cash management.
- Coordinate with the engineering team to improve and optimise our royalties and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to learn and understand technical tools inherent to digital services.
- Self-sufficient and meticulous.
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
- An experience in the Music Industry, especially in royalties, is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis is a plus (BigQuery, Looker Studio, etc.).
