Could you be the full-time Deputy of the MF19 Chief of Development in Crespin, we’re looking for?

Your future role:

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and leadership expertise in a new cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You’ll play a pivotal role supporting the COD in driving the end‑to‑end product development process, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achieving the highest quality standards for our MF19 Project. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including Engineering, Procurement, and Industrialization.

We’ll look to you for:

  • By COD Delagation : following and addressing major topics such as design approvals and non‑compliance issues, including RATP technical meetings
  • Ensure coordination between Engineering and Industrial team (Co‑Engineering and Production issue follow‑up)
  • Change & Configuration & Functional BSL Train (avec PIC) &FMP (Fiches Modifications Produits) for RATP delivered trains
  • Suivi OIL (Open issue) / ESIL (Engineering Issue) / Items FRD (Customer open issue) / courriels RATP
  • Customer Variation order, Train transformation activities Follow up
  • Ensuring compliance with contract technical requirements
  • Reporting on product development progress and escalating critical development issues
  • Coordinating and monitoring cross‑functional activities, including development planning, configuration and change management, and design for operations

  • Engineer degree or equivalent with relevant experience in engineering team management
  • Experience in product development and management, with a minimum of 5 years for large‑scale projects (over 100,000 hours)
  • Extensive technical knowledge of Alstom platforms and project/company background
  • Balanced skills in project management, product development, and leadership
  • Ability for problem‑solving and efficient decision‑making in complex environments
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to unite teams to achieve QCD targets
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional activities in a multicultural environment
  • Familiarity with driving Operational Excellence principles and ways of working in development activities
