Robotics Firmware Lead Engineer

AutoStore seeks a Lead Engineer to head a small team working across electronics, firmware, and mechanics. You will own sub-systems, review designs, and guide technical decisions from concept to production, with significant people leadership.

Role combines hands-on technical oversight with people management for a growing engineering group. You will coordinate milestones, support engineers’ development, and collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Manufacturing.
