Roblox 3D Art Lead — Remote & Team Mentor

RIVRS is seeking a strong, hands-on 3D game artist who can lead and develop the Art team across all Roblox projects. You will create high-quality stylized assets, set clear art direction, and ensure consistency across in-game assets, thumbnails, icons, and interface visuals.

The role balances roughly 60% hands-on production and 40% leadership, with collaboration across game design leads and producers. Roblox experience is a plus; Unity or other real-time studios welcome.
