NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Improved implementation of national and EU Regulations for commercial vehicles and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of this assignment is to improve road transport by strengthening administrative and enforcement capacities related to the social legislation related to road transport.

Location : Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.

Duration : The indicative start date is 01/12/2025 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 540 Day(s) from this date (indicative end date: 25/05/2027 ).

Road Regulatory Expert (Cat. I)

Qualifications and skills

• University degree in the field of technical or social sciences.
• Excellent command of English language, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Serbian language would be an asset .
• At least twelve (12) years of professional experience in drafting road transportation policies, technical standards or road safety regulations.
• At least five (5) years of experience in harmonization and implementation of EU legislation related to tachographs used in road transport.
• Experience in development and implementation of risk rating system of road transport operators under the regulations of EU Member States.
