RLT Engineering Lead

The RLT Engineering Lead at Huningue is responsible to establish, maintain and improve the engineering processes with respect to buildings, equipment, utilities and energy of the new Radio Ligand Therapy facility. Oversight includes commissioning, qualification, calibration and maintenance of equipment. In addition, the incumbent is responsible for planning and executing CAPEX projects within the organization including all reporting requirements.

Major Accountabilities

• Create a culture of accountability within the engineering and facilities teams based on inspired, curious, unbossed principles, leading by example.
• Drive strategic decisions and develop a Site Master Plan outlining a 5‑year plan including forecasted volumes, expenses, and Capex supporting business needs.
• Recruit, train, and develop competent, high‑performing team members and maintain a robust succession plan.
• Ensure a state of compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies is established and maintained at all times.
• Lead a team of engineers to prepare the site for commercial launch, including commissioning and qualification of rooms and equipment.
• Drive engineering projects and manage external teams ensuring timely delivery of RLT expansion milestones.
• Utilize incident management, corrective/preventative action, risk analyses, and other programs to drive improvement in all aspects of quality, health and safety, and environmental performance.
• Lead the team to implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System that facilitates cost‑effective repair, maintenance, and calibration of equipment to prevent unplanned outages.
• Collaborate with the supply chain organization to plan production and deliver 100% on‑time-in-full deliveries.
• Manage capital investment budget & project portfolio for the site after operations commence.

Essential Requirements

• Engineering/Scientific degree.
• At least 8years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
• CAPEX and project management skills.
• Solid people‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
