Your Missions
Your mission at Aria will be to protect the company against fraud, credit and operational risks. Here your missions
Implement 2nd level controls to make sure that operational processes are robust and mitigate risks efficiently, including fraud risk and default risk.
Identify risks in our operations and our organization, and implement remediation measures to efficiently mitigate them
Be in charge of controlling and approving high-risk operations
Lead internal projects to reinforce our risk management tools and organization, such as developing internal scoring models
Structure a great internal incidents management process
Be the key point of contact for :
- The operations team, to enable them to have rock-solid controls
- The product and engineering teams, to help them build features with great risk management by design
What We Are Looking For

Education: Master’s Degree from :
- Business School: Specializing in Finance, Audit, or Management Control.
- Engineering School: With a focus on Quantitative Risk or Data-driven scoring models.
- University: Master’s in Risk Management, Banking/Finance, or Compliance Law.

Experience:
- 3 to 6 years in Audit (Big 4), Fintech, or a fast-paced Financial Services environment, with a proven track record in building or managing 2nd line of defense frameworks.
- Background in banking or fintech with exposure to credit risk B2B

Languages: You are fluent in French and English
