Risk Management Manager

• Lead the risk appetite framework and monitor KRIs
• Oversee the ORSA process and prudential projections
• Lead SCR / MCR calculations and solvency monitoring
• Maintain and update the enterprise-wide risk map
• Implement risk management policies and procedures
• Lead BCP / DR and TPRM frameworks
• Oversee operational and IT risks
• Prepare regulatory ORSA, SFCR, and RSR reports
• Advise senior management and facilitate risk committees
• Support the company’s growth while ensuring effective control of its risk profile and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in insurance risk management
• Strong knowledge of life insurance
• In-depth knowledge of Solvency II
• ERM-type certification
• Experience in a highly regulated environment
• Experience in a key function is a plus
• Expertise in ORSA, SCR / MCR, risk mapping, prudential governance, BCP / DR, TPRM, regulatory reporting, and quantitative and prudential analysis
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Leadership and influencing skills
• Rigor and a strong sense of ethics
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Pragmatic and solutions-oriented
• Ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders
• Degree in actuarial science, finance, risk management, or insurance
