Job Description:

Lead risk management and regulatory compliance across AfDB operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop risk frameworks and policies
• Conduct compliance monitoring & control testing
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards
• Support governance and reporting

Requirements

Requirements:

• 8–15+ years in risk/compliance (banking or DFI)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
• Experience with ESG/regulatory change is a plus
• Lead investment analysis and financial modelling (DCF, IRR, valuation)
• Structure debt/equity transactions (PPP, project finance)
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessment
• Support deal execution and portfolio monitoring
• Engage with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders
