CONTEXT
Reportingto the RGM Group Manager,wearelookingforourfuture RGM Promotion Managerwhowillberesponsiblefordeveloping,coordinating,deploying, monitoring, andadjustingthepromotionalstrategyfor Bel Franceproducts, inordertoachievethecompany’sperformance andprofitabilityobjectives.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Developandimplementthepromotionalpolicyfor Bel France in linewithourRGMstrategyandcompanyobjectives.
- Lead,review, andadjustourpromotionalplans toensuretheachievementofourvolume andfinancialobjectives.
- Maximizethefinancialperformance ofourpromotionalactivitiesbyworkingontheirROI andpromotionalP&Ls,whileensuringawinningstrategyforboththecustomerand the consumer.
- Improveanddeveloppromotionaltools, in collaborationwithGlobal RGMteams, ITteams, and external consultants.
- Ensurecompliancewithpromotionalprocesseswithinthecompanyandpromotetheirwidespreadadoption.
- Lead andacceleratethe transformation of RGM Promo at Bel.
This positionisbasedin Suresnes,westof Paris, accessible by tram T2 (Suresnes Longchamp stop) andseveralbuslines.
YOUR PROFILE:Couldthisbeyou?
- You have aMaster’sdegreeorequivalentprofessionalexperience,withat least 5 to 7years’experiencein commercial/RGMroleswithintheretailsector.
- The role requires a proven understanding of promotionswithinmassretail, as well as strong strategic thinking and commercial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of promotional tools (XTEL, Mémory, Circana, Nielsen, etc.) and dashboard design tools (PowerBI, Datastudio, Tableau, etc.) would be an advantage for this role.
- Your understanding of FMCG products in France enables you to grasp market dynamics.
- You have excellent analytical skills and strong knowledge of promotional analysis tools (P&L, ROI, Sell-out, etc.), as well as proven experience with P&L and financial issues such as Net Sales, promotional costs, and Gross Margin.
- Professional proficiency in English is required and you are fluent in French.
