As a strategic business partner to our Commercial and Marketing teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Revenue Growth Management strategy for the European market (Italy, Netherlands, Poland and Germany ). Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing profitable growth across our brands and product portfolio.

Position Summary :

Reporting to the Global RGM Director, the RGM Capability Manager is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth through a proactive, surgical Revenue Growth Management approach. Acting as a critical business partner, this role bridges Sales, Finance, and Marketing to support the group’s ambition of growing total category value as category champions. You will protect and grow absolute profit pools by mastering the five core RGM levers:

  • Brand portfolio pricing
  • Mix Management
  • Promotion Optimization
  • Trade Terms Management

Key Responsibilities :

Analytics and Emerging Markets Support (60%)

  • Partner directly with the commercial and finance teams in the secondary markets (e.g., Germany, Italy, Nordics, Thailand, Export) to audit and elevate legacy Excel frameworks, and systematically develop local analytical readiness.
  • Deploy centralized diagnostic toolkits and upskill local teams to actively identify gross-to-net margin leakage, run localized pricing elasticity indices, track distribution sequencing, and identify promotional effectiveness opportunities.
  • Develop, implement and monitor performance against key strategic KPIs (MMRPs, base and promo, Mix) and identify opportunities to optimize performance across the RGM levers.
  • Full ownership of the local Revenue Growth framework with a shared vision across the wider business teams to enable a value-driven RGM culture.
  • Support the sales and category teams in annual negotiations by developing data-backed selling narratives to drive category growth.
  • Develop localized playbooks and training modules, delivered through cross-functional RGM workshops.

Tools and Capabilities (40%)

  • Act as the RGM Business Product Owner liaising with the Digital technical product owner. The person will translate strategic market use cases into sprint-ready technical data requirements in partnership with Digital.
  • Document and own the functional data logic for the RGM suite of tools, ensuring data across systems cleanly align with Thai Union definitions. Resolve data and design logic gaps, removing all ambiguity so development squads have immediate clarity during sprint execution.
  • Act as the evangelist for RGM excellence across the Business Unit. Actively support the upskilling of local commercial leads, transforming the culture from a volume-focused mindset to a value-and-margin-driven discipline.

Profile

  • Significant, demonstrable experience within a multinational CPG environment, specifically sitting within an RGM, Commercial Control, Net Revenue Management, or Business/Commercial Analytics vertical.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Possesses a natural mindset capable of translating complex analytical theories into practical, operational toolsets.
  • Robust commercial knowledge including Gross-to-Net architecture, fixed unconditional trade terms, variable promotional investments, and syndicated sell-out market matrices.
  • Strong financial modelling capability and data literacy with the ability to instinctively convert unstructured data into business ready P&L impact.
