W product family We are seeking a highly skilled RF Test Engineer to lead the industrialization efforts for our high-performance SATCOM RFIC products. Working closely with the design team from the early stages, you will ensure design-for-testability (DFT) is integrated into our circuits. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of RF test engineering, from initial characterization to high-volume manufacturing (HVM) readiness. Key Responsibilities:

• Design for Testability: Collaborate with RFIC designers to define on-chip test features, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficient testing during characterization and production.
• Characterization: Develop, document, and execute characterization plans, including measurement over temperature and across process corners.
• Test Setup & Hardware: Design, debug, and maintain probe cards, load boards, and characterization PCBs, including complex RF matching networks.
• Production Test Engineering: Select and manage external test vendors (OSATs), develop and debug production test programs, and optimize test time for high-volume manufacturing....
