Soitec is seeking a Business Development Senior Manager to drive RF-SOI adoption with fabless customers and ecosystem partners. You will own the top of the funnel from opportunity identification to evaluation with foundry partners, shaping Soitec's roadmap through customer insights.
Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a strong plus. 8+ years in semiconductors, engineering degree, and willingness to travel internationally (Asia, US) are expected.
