RF-SOI BizDev Lead for Fabless Partnerships

Soitec’s RF-SOI Business Line is seeking a Business Developer Manager to strengthen relationships with fabless accounts and ecosystem partners. You will drive opportunities from identification to design-win and act as the frontline interface between the Business Line and fabless customers, aligning needs with the roadmap.

The role requires engineering expertise in semiconductors, proactive market analysis, and rigorous documentation of pipeline; regular international travel is expected.
