RevOps Lead: Scale Revenue & Ops Enablement

Bigblue is seeking a RevOps Lead to structure and scale the Revenue Operations function across France, Spain, the UK, Germany, and future markets. You will build scalable processes, dashboards, and routines so Sales, Marketing, and leadership have the tools and insights needed to hit ambitious growth targets.

You will manage a RevOps team, optimize HubSpot and other revenue tools, and partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Ops to reduce friction in complex deals.
