RevOps Engineer — AI-Driven CRM & GTM Automation

Stoïk is seeking a CRM & GTM Ops Lead to own HubSpot architecture and integrations across our in-house systems. You will design scalable data models, automate workflows, and coordinate with Product, Tech, and Data teams. The role centers on enabling rapid GTM velocity while maintaining data integrity.

Ideal candidates have CRM management experience (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce acceptable), API know-how, and an engineer mindset. English proficiency is required for cross-border collaboration.
