RevOps Engineer
About us
Founded in 2021, Stoïk is Europe’s leading insurtech dedicated to cyber risk , with the ambition of becoming the CISO of Europe . The company was created to address a structural gap: while cyber threats have become one of the biggest risks for businesses, most existing solutions remain fragmented, overly technical, or designed only for large enterprises.
The company has built a 360° cyber risk protection model that integrates cyber insurance, continuous risk prevention, detection, and in-house incident response teams , increasingly powered by proprietary AI technologies. This approach allows Stoïk to support companies before, during, and after a cyberattack , helping them maintain operations, reduce financial losses, and recover faster.
Backed by €70m+ in funding from top-tier investors (a16z, Alven, Munich Re) , Stoïk protects more than 12,000 companies across Europe , works with over 2,000 broker partners , and operates in six European countries including France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Austria, and Netherlands , supported by a fast-growing international team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Architecture & Ownership
Own HubSpot as a mission‑critical platform: data model, object architecture, automations, permissions, and scalability. Continuously evolve its design to support new products, channels, markets, and workflows — without breaking what already works.
Integrations & Internal Tooling
Design and build the integrations between HubSpot and our in‑house platforms, hand in hand with Product, Tech, and Data. Because our product and our internal processes are so intertwined, you'll help decide what belongs in the product, what belongs in the CRM, what we integrate directly via our API, and what we hand to a third‑party tool, and you'll shape both the product and HubSpot data models. You also own the wider GTM stack (Gong, Clay, Aircall, Granola) and keep the experience fast and secure across systems.
Automation & GTM Velocity
Build automations that remove manual work and accelerate GTM. Use orchestration and AI to free Sales, Underwriting, and Customer Success from the most time‑consuming parts of their workflows.
Scaling Processes Across Markets & Products
Enable new product launches and expansion across markets (new distribution channels, new cyber products, more countries), and keep refining the systems behind Sales (Channel & Direct), Underwriting, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing as we grow.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
An engineer's mindset applied to business systems: you think in objects, flows, edge cases, and scalability.
Hands‑on CRM management experience (HubSpot is a strong plus; Salesforce acceptable), including data modeling, workflow automation, and permissions architecture.
A strong grasp of how APIs work. You can build with code, no-code, and/or vibe-code (with a track record to show for it), and you turn complex business logic into a clean, scalable architecture.
Comfort pushing back when a requested feature would create technical debt.
Working proficiency in English.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience integrating CRMs with custom in‑house applications.
Experience deploying AI agents in production GTM processes.
Familiarity with the broader RevOps/GTM stack (Clay, Gong, Aircall, Granola, Slack, etc.).
Prior experience in a high‑growth tech company.
Working proficiency in any of French, German, Spanish, or Dutch (fluency in 3+ is a strong plus).
