Revenue Systems & Automation Analyst, Salesforce

Role Overview

As a Revenue Systems & Automation Analyst, you will be part of the Revenue Operations team, driving the efficiency and scalability of Mirakl’s sales cycle by ensuring systems, processes, and automation run seamlessly across the organisation. You will maintain and improve the tools supporting prospecting, sales execution, quoting, and revenue recognition across all of Mirakl’s business units, and administer Salesforce to keep the sales organization running smoothly.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include designing, deploying, and maintaining AI-agent processes and n8n workflows that automate recurring operational tasks across Revenue Operations, supporting business users and RevOps analysts in identifying automation opportunities, and monitoring automated processes, troubleshooting failures, and continuously improving their performance and usability.

Requirements

• 1 to 2+ years of experience supporting business applications such as Salesforce, CRM, sales engagement tools, or related Revenue Operations platforms
• Hands‑on experience with or strong interest in AI agents, workflow automation, or tools such as n8n
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field — or equivalent experience
• Analytical problem‑solving with strong attention to detail
• Ability to translate business requirements into system or automation solutions
• Clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast‑moving environment
