Revenue Ops
Overview
You will own effectiveness initiatives end-to-end: set the roadmap, design the solution, build it, drive execution, and manage change across the organization. You will spend meaningful time in the field to identify gaps in our sales process and design smarter workflows by removing steps and increasing automation. You will evaluate new tools and technologies, run experiments, and roll out the solutions that work. You will primarily work with low-code tools (e.g., Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase, plus any other tools the role requires. Enablement is a key part of the role: you will shadow teams, train users, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness).
- Strong ownership and project-management skills; comfortable running initiatives independently.
- A builder mindset and a hands-on approach.
- Confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating.
- Solid SQL skills; comfortable querying, joining, validating data, and building reliable segmentation logic.
- Practical experience working with AI: familiarity with major LLMs, ability to build and optimize prompts, design AI-powered sales workflows, and integrate AI steps into automations.
- Proven automation / low-code expertise (Zapier or equivalent).
- Comfortable with CRM fundamentals, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to define metrics, build dashboards, and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full professional proficiency in French and at least advanced proficiency in English.
