We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to drive sales performance and revenue growth through data-driven insights, process optimization, and strategic pricing initiatives. This role will be a key partner to our SVP of Sales, focusing on sales operations excellence while managing pricing, packaging, and broader revenue operations functions.

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to drive sales performance and revenue growth through data-driven insights, process optimization, and strategic pricing initiatives. This role will be a key partner to our SVP of Sales, focusing on sales operations excellence while managing pricing, packaging, and broader revenue operations functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct data analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations for revenue growth
  • Analyze and re-engineer sales funnels to improve conversion rates and pipeline efficiency
  • Optimize sales processes and implement operational improvements across the revenue organization
  • Manage pricing and packaging strategies, including testing and rollout of new pricing models
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Create insightful reports and dashboards for sales leadership and executive team
  • Serve as strategic sparring partner to the SVP of Sales, challenging forecasts and providing analytical support
  • Drive cross-functional projects from conception to completion
  • Support sales team with operational tools and process improvements
What we're looking for
  • 4-5 years of experience in a tech scale-up in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy consulting
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and sales operations tools
  • Basic SQL knowledge or strong willingness to learn data querying
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels and metrics - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) - Familiarity with outbound sales tools and AI-powered sales technologies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data insights clearly
  • Proactive and analytical mindset with proven track record of driving end-to-end project delivery
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
