About the role

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations profile to help manage and optimise our revenue technology stack within a team of four people. Our ecosystem includes HubSpot and Planhat at the core. The selected candidate will own our prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Lusha, FullEnrich, Lemlist, etc.) and eventually broaden the scope to overall system consistency, performance and scalability. This role is critical for supporting Go‑To‑Market, Customer Success and Finance teams by ensuring tools, data and processes effectively meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Systems Management

  • Own and administer our prospecting tools (e.g. Sales Navigator, Lusha, FullEnrich, Lemlist, etc.)
  • Help manage and optimise our revenue tech stack (CRM, CSP, prospecting tools, data tools, etc.)
  • Ensure proper configuration, user access and governance.

Data Management & Quality

  • Maintain and improve customer and prospect database quality.
  • Define and enforce data governance standards.
  • Support reporting reliability and consistency across teams.

Process Design & Automation

  • Design and optimise end‑to‑end processes (Lead → Deal → Customer → Renewal).
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations and business rules within prospecting tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.

Integrations & Technical Ownership

  • Manage and maintain system integrations across the revenue stack.
  • Lead or support data migrations and system implementations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data consistency across tools.

Business Partnering

  • Work closely with GTM, Customer Success and Finance teams.
  • Understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Provide support and enablement to ensure tools are used effectively.

Profile required

Profile & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM administration or similar roles.
  • Strong experience with prospecting tools, CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Customer Success Platforms (Planhat preferred).
  • Proven experience in data management and database structuring, process design and automation, system integrations and data migrations.

Skills

  • Strong technical mindset – comfortable “getting hands‑on” with tools and configurations.
  • Fluent English speaker (C1).
  • Ability to bridge business and technical needs.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on data quality and reliability.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
