About the Role
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales commissions and optimizing Sales Operations, ensuring accurate commission calculations for over 100 sales representatives, managing commission contracts, supporting the design of annual compensation plans, and driving operational workflows across Sales and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute accurate commission calculations and maintain commission settings.
- Manage commission contracts and be the first point of contact for sales team inquiries.
- Support design and rollout of annual compensation plans in collaboration with Sales Leadership and Legal.
- Calculate attainment, attainment/OTE ratios, and other related metrics.
- Design, refine, and manage operational workflows across Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Provide ongoing training and support to GTM teams for tool and process adoption.
- Implement AI use cases to enhance sales team efficiency.
- Define, measure, and report on key performance indicators with Customer Success stakeholders.
- Manage the execution of key global sales meetings.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
- Hands‐on expertise with SaaS CRM systems and understanding of the B2B SaaS tech stack (Planhat and Salesforce).
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, FILTER, IF, Pivot Tables).
- Strong presentation and slide creation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational and solution‑oriented approach to challenges.
- Adaptability to fast‑paced environments and quick prioritization.
- Collaborative mindset in cross‑functional settings.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluent in English.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Experience with SaaS B2B sales compensation plans and commission management tools (e.g., Spiff).
- Experience managing customer success operations.
- Familiarity with Planhat or other Customer Success Management platforms.
- Proficiency with advanced Google Sheets functions (QUERY, REGEX, ARRAY).
