Revenue Operations – Sales Effectiveness
Business Strategy & Operations team – focus on sales effectiveness across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Own effectiveness initiatives end to end: roadmap, design, build, execute, and change management.
- Work across the sales organization – Account Executives, BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers – to spot gaps and develop smarter workflows.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works.
- Apply low‑code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI, Salesforce, and SQL via Metabase to automate processes and increase sales efficiency.
- Shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate to ensure change sticks.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Effectiveness.
- Strong ownership and project‑management skills, comfortable leading initiatives independently.
- Builder mindset, hands‑on approach.
- Comfort with change management – shadowing, training, measuring adoption, iterating.
- Solid SQL skills – querying, joining, validating data, building segmentation logic.
- Real experience working with AI – knowledge of major LLMs, prompt design, AI‑powered sales workflows, integration into automations.
- Expertise in automation / low‑code platforms (Zapier or equivalent).
- CRM fundamentals, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to define metrics, build dashboards, and communicate insights clearly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Full working proficiency in French and advanced level in English.
