Revenue Growth Leader — Scale ARR & GTM

Gladia is seeking a revenue leader to own and scale its revenue engine from multi-millions to tens of millions in ARR. This turnaround-and-scale role requires diagnosing blockers, fixing what's broken, level-ing up, hiring what’s missing, and personally carrying the most strategic deals.

You will own revenue strategy & GTM, enterprise sales, partnerships & ecosystem, customer success & expansion, and forward-deployed engineering.
