Role
We are looking for a Retention Loyalty Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Experience planning and executing engagement events such as tournaments, lotteries, jackpots, missions, quests for player retention
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate promo economics and analyze results
- Expertise in gamification processes, including game mechanics, progression systems, and rewards
- Knowledge of client segmentation and player behavior analysis
- Understanding of A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize activities
- Familiarity with key metrics: MAU/DAU, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.
- Experience with analytics tools: Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in UX/UI design or product development
- Familiarity with top providers and manufacturers of games and slots
- Experience conducting market and competitor analyses
