Retention & Bonus Strategy Lead (Remote, Flexible)

Madfish, a fast-growing iGaming startup in France, is looking for a Retention Bonus Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee the financial logic of our bonus campaigns, ensuring they are rewarding yet secure for our players.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mathematical background, with over 2 years of iGaming experience. You will design complex loyalty models, analyze metrics for financial control, and mitigate risks associated with bonus abuse.
