We are looking for an experienced and motivated Training Manager to join the Training & Heritage department.

You will play a strategic role in contributing to the evolution of the Client Experience worldwide, with greater attention paid to Retail and on all client‑centric activities, by training our Ambassadors and Sales Associates.

Reporting to the Chief Training & Heritage Officer, you will be a reference point to Client & Selling Experience Trainings: you will partner with Regional Trainers, local retail & client teams to create & develop relevant and inspiring training programs, ensuring consistency with the overall image of the Christian Louboutin brand in accordance with corporate brand and client guidelines.

You will cooperate with other client‑facing departments, like CRM, Clienteling, Customer Service, to make sure guidelines are correctly designed and homogeneously implemented across all client direct communication channels.

You will contribute to the evolution of the Global Training Program for the local regional teams, in full consideration of the local cultural specificities, so that a superior and elevated Client Experience is delivered to our customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Support in developing product training content, in partnership with the merchandising team, to empower Sales Associates and Ambassadors in their interactions with customers.
  • Drive all new Induction Programs, from deployment to the markets, to correct implementation and follow up and assist local teams in identifying all necessary actions for successful results.
  • Implement a “Train the Trainers” sessions to roll out specific toolboxes with local teams in the Regions by partnering with local training companies.
  • Oversee and facilitate the deployment, implementation, and evolution of the e‑learning modules of all the client training tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in training development in international luxury brand companies.
  • Proven experience to work in an international environment and capable to sense cultural differences.
  • Good team player with proven ability to partner with business leaders and to work on projects with high level of complexity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to connect to local teams and partner on establishing the right approach.
  • Autonomous, collaborative, enthusiastic, passionate and solution oriented.
  • Ability to be creative and proactively take initiative to develop new ideas.
  • Perfect command of English (written and spoken).
  • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and of the major e‑learning tools and solutions on the market.
